Job Description

At ATHEER Connectivity , we are pioneering high-speed mmWave wireless solutions , enabling fiber-like connectivity for ISPs and enterprises. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a technical Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customer needs and our cutting-edge wireless solutions.

If you are passionate about wireless technology, technical sales, and customer engagement , this role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering and business development .

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand technical requirements and propose tailored wireless solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) setups for clients.
  • Act as a technical advisor , addressing customer concerns and ensuring seamless integration of our technology.

Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Design wireless network architectures using our 60 GHz solutions based on customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation .
  • Assist in network planning, link budget calculations, and feasibility assessments .
  • Work with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment between sales and technology.
  • Train internal teams, partners, and customers on Atheer’s wireless solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies .
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 1 + years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or wireless network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of RF design, mmWave, or microwave solutions .
  • Hands-on experience with wireless network planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills .
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions .
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and field support.
