Program Leadership : Lead and manage the overall construction management program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring consistency in execution, reporting, and delivery.
Planning & Execution : Develop, monitor, and update program schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure projects adhere to contractual requirements, design specifications, and industry best practices. Implement effective risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes.
Stakeholder Management : Serve as the key point of contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities. Facilitate communication among project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders. Provide clear, timely updates and reports on program progress, risks, and mitigation measures.
Financial & Contract Management : Monitor and control budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts across projects. Oversee procurement strategies, contract administration, and vendor performance.
Compliance & Safety : Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all projects.
