SPECIALIST – TGM & CONTROLS

• Maintain and operate all gas delivery equipment and gas detection systems. Understand how the mechanical portion of the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly and perform preventive & reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of Gas cabinets (Automatic & Manual) Operation & Troubleshooting, Gas manifold, VMB
• Knowledge of Gas detectors brand of Honeywell, RKI, ATI
• Perform cylinder change-outs for Toxic & Flammable gases
• Verification of Gas Cabinets & Valve manifold box, gas line integrity test
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, valving, regulation, PLC operation, etc.
• Through understanding of gas and / or chemical properties.
• Knowledge of control systems like PLC, SCADA
• Ability to troubleshoot control panels
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Ability to use maintenance software & close work orders, tickets on time
• Ability to write and revise standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed.
