Senior Finance / Accounting Manager – Telecom Sector | Riyadh

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance or Accounting professional to join a leading organization in Riyadh. The role is aligned with an Account Manager–Finance position and involves overseeing end-to-end financial operations, establishing financial controls, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with top-tier companies , preferably within the telecommunications industry , and a proven track record of managing financial closing cycles, audits, and operational finance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Review and approve journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
  • Implement and streamline accounting and closing procedures.
  • Develop and enforce financial control frameworks and accounting policies.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain audit readiness.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or auditing roles.
  • CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or IFRS certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in finance operations and ERP-based accounting systems.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) required.
