We are looking for a talented and experienced GRC Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities : Design, implement, and continuously improve IT governance frameworks aligned with COBIT and ISO / IEC 38500 standards. Develop IT policies, procedures, and charters related to governance, risk management, and compliance. Facilitate governance assessments and maturity evaluations using COBIT, ITIL, and other industry frameworks. Support the creation of decision matrices, governance bodies (e.g., IT Steering Committee), and RACI models. Align IT initiatives with enterprise goals using COBIT goals cascade methodology. Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms. Collaborate with IT, audit, security, and digital transformation teams to ensure compliance and alignment. Contribute to internal / external IT audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews. Provide advisory on optimizing IT processes such as change, incident, asset, and service management. Conduct training and awareness sessions related to governance frameworks and best practices. Qualifications & Skills : Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
