JOB PURPOSE
Develop and monitor performance to develop sales and profitability in accordance with the defined
business strategy
Ensure the implementation of good practices and compliance with procedures
Develop action plans by stores to address compliance, performance and audit issues
Functional Accountabilities
- Assortment & Merchandising
Propose the assortment structure in consultation with commercial
Define the implementation standard according the specificity of the stores and ensure its deploymentEnsure proper monitoring of promotional activity with his teamEnsure that both regular and promotional displays are implemented according to guidelinesReview commercial metrics of stores versus department targets not limited to sales mix, dumoing % , soh,availability%
Hygiene and qualityParticipate in the definition of hygiene and quality standards in stores in the respect of health regulations
Define the quality process performance indicators with the quality department and ensure the application on the storesTogether with quality and operations department root cause audit failure areas and establish program to addressTransversal ProjectsStudy and validate the plans and developments of protein department during opening or re-opening
Communicate the need and the malfunction of materials during operations’ meetingPromotionPropose and validate the promotional offers in collaboration with the commercial team and develop an animation plan in line with standards
Analyze the performance of promotional operations and propose corrective actions if necessary (in collaboration with the commercial)Training & RecruitmentAttend the Recruitment of employees according to the requirements of the profession
