The Project Procurement Manager plays a crucial role in the architecture industry by overseeing the procurement process for various projects. The Project Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects. Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms. Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure compliance with financial constraints. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement processes. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance. Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes that may arise during projects. Provide training and guidance to junior procurement staff as needed. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in procurement management within the architecture or construction industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
