Design Manager – OSP-Fiber Contract (STC)

Job Summary

Lead the design and engineering activities for the OSP-Fiber project ensuring all fiber optic network designs comply with STC standards, technical specifications, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities

Develop and review detailed OSP fiber network designs including routes, splice points, and infrastructure layouts. Coordinate with project teams, client, and subcontractors to integrate design with field execution plans. Ensure design compliance with STC specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage design documentation, drawings, and revision controls. Support technical clarifications and resolve design-related issues during project execution. Lead design validation and handover process to operations or client. Stay updated with latest fiber optic design technologies and best practices. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecom OSP fiber design management. Approval from BISCI. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools. Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic network design and STC requirements. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
