Overview
The Project Manager – Membership Growth is responsible for designing a strategy for growing Federation membership and proposing optimal plans for segmenting and managing memberships to enhance engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop Membership Growth Strategy : Design a strategy for growing Federation membership considering target segments, benefits, and engagement models.
- Segmentation and Management Plans : Propose optimal plans for segmenting and managing memberships based on needs, preferences, and potential engagement levels.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work with Federation officials, teams, and other stakeholders to understand needs and align membership growth plans with Federation objectives.
- Membership Engagement and Retention : Develop plans to enhance membership engagement and retention through benefits, communications, and services.
- Monitor and Evaluate : Monitor membership growth and engagement metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
