Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in industrial tools. Based in Dammam, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, identifying client needs, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations of products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Exceptional Sales and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and client relations
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field
• Knowledge of industrial tools and equipment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
