Proven experience in stainless steel finishing, polishing, or similar surface treatment work.

Knowledge of finishing techniques, tools, and materials used for stainless steel.

Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.

Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Familiarity with safety procedures related to grinding and polishing equipment.

Strong ability to troubleshoot surface imperfections.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
