In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the estate portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency, maintenance, and strategic development aligned with the company's vision.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of infrastructure, public realm, utilities, and estate-wide assets.
- Assist in monitoring FM provider performance, maintenance schedules, and asset condition reports.
- Participate in asset handover inspections and O&M documentation reviews.
- Serve as a point of contact for selected internal and external stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and consultants.
- Attend community meetings, inductions, and engagement events to support transparency and awareness.
- Collaborate with the Master Community team to improve stakeholder satisfaction and compliance.
- Maintain records for estate and community assets, inspections, and service requests.
- Assist in preparing internal reports, community dashboards, and operational updates.
- Support the documentation and digitalization of processes across estate and community management systems.
- Shadow senior managers and technical experts to gain exposure to estate strategy, community operations, and regulatory processes.
- Participate in structured training programs and cross-functional rotations to build core competencies in master community operations.
- Stay updated on Saudi regulatory frameworks, JOP law, and smart city innovations relevant to estate and community management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, Facilities Management, Public Administration, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in estate management, property management, or facilities management.Strong interest in estate and community management within a giga-project urban environment.Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.Attention to detail, with the ability to manage documentation and follow through on tasks.Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced development setting.
