About the Position :
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production.
The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a marketing and creative orientated approach, with attention to visual details, the ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.
Responsibilities :
- Branding Designer
- Study design briefs
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Design original pieces
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Ability to express thinking in words and logo
- Has a keen eye for details
- Design or redesign an identity for a product, service, or organization
- Create visual identities (logos, graphic systems, colors, fonts, etc.), packaging, campaigns, websites, applications, and much more
- Developing ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation
- Boundless creativity and endless curiosity

- Understanding the business case and client brief through research into the client and subject; understanding the client’s objectives and having an overview of the commercial content
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Ability to work on guidelines and their outputs
- Work with copywriters and creatives to produce the final design
- Amend designs after feedback
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality

- Ensure client’s objectives and guidelines are met and followed
- Maintain the proper documentation and assets management and handovers
- Follow project deadlines, time allocation and ensure a daily timesheet submission
