Qualified teacher status (QTS or equivalent) Bachelor’s degree in Education (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Early Years and / or Primary students Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum (EYFS and Key Stage 1 / 2) Essential Skills
EYFS Expertise : Comprehensive understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and child development principles Primary Curriculum Knowledge : Strong grasp of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 British curriculum requirements Age-Appropriate Pedagogy : Ability to deliver developmentally appropriate lessons across early years and primary age groups Play-Based Learning : Skills in implementing engaging, play-based learning approaches for younger students Differentiated Instruction : Experience adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages Classroom Management : Proven ability to create positive, structured learning environments for young learners Cultural Adaptability : Flexibility and openness to working in an international, multicultural environment Communication Excellence : Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues Assessment and Observation : Experience in formative assessment and systematic observation of children’s progress Safeguarding Awareness : Strong understanding of child protection principles and early intervention strategies Professional Development : Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with best practices in early years and primary education How to Apply
