Job Description

  • Ecosystem Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with key ecosystem parties, including end users, contractors, and consultants, to identify sales opportunities and understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Opportunity Identification : Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the Cloud and Service Provider segment, considering factors such as project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Solution Positioning : Collaborate with technical and solution teams to position Schneider Electric's offerings effectively, ensuring that solutions meet the unique requirements of each opportunity.
  • End-to-End Sales collaboration with RKAM : Engage on the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey.
  • Contract Negotiations : Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, contractors, and consultants to secure profitable deals while adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Technical Expertise : Maintain a deep understanding of Schneider Electric's solutions and services, as well as industry trends, to provide informed guidance and solutions to customers.
  • Project Management : Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Performance Metrics : Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your sales efforts.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the Cloud and Service Provider segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management within hyperscale data center field.
  • Strong understanding of data center solutions, cloud services, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results‑driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
