We are looking for a dedicated onsite Support Engineer to provide full-time technical assistance and operational support at our Dammam location.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated onsite technical support to users during business hours.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT / AV equipment (laptops, desktops, audio-video systems, printers, conferencing tools, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolutions.
Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and health monitoring.
Manage incident tickets and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.
Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV setups (if applicable).
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and update logs.
Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and organizational policies.
