Scope
- We are seeking a highly experienced and technically grounded Gen AI Consultant to lead and support client engagements. This role blends technical expertise in Gen AI and Agentic AI with consulting acumen and business development capabilities, driving strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with a solid background in Gen AI, AI Agents, machine learning, and platforms. Plays a key role in driving growth by identifying AI-driven opportunities, engaging clients with innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, and enabling sales teams with the right technical and strategic insights. This role bridges technical expertise with commercial acumen, collaborating closely with sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate the adoption of AI solutions across industries.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue Gen AI and Agentic AI opportunities.Conduct client discovery sessions to understand pain points and map them to Generative AI and AI Agents use cases.Deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to clients.Create solution architectures and assist in proposal development (RFPs, RFIs, SoWs).Business Development
Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities in the GenAI and Agentic AI space.Evangelize Generative AI and AI Agents capabilities to external clients and internal stakeholders.Develop go-to-market strategies and Gen AI and AI Agents solution offerings with product and marketing teams.Build and manage a pipeline of strategic Gen AI and AI Agents engagements with measurable business impact.Thought Leadership & Enablement
Stay abreast of advancements in Gen AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, multimodal models, and related technologies.Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and client events.Train internal stakeholders on the value proposition, use cases, and limitations of GenAI and AI Agents.Contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and blogs to establish market presence.Required Skills
Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI model deployment.Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, Google Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.Experience with APIs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and cloud-based AI tools.Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Sagemaker, GCP BigQuery).Experience in regulatory considerations for AI (e.g., GDPR, data privacy, model bias).Experience with custom LLM training, RAG architectures, or AI copilots.Business & Interpersonal Competencies

8-10 years of experience in technology consulting, pre-sales, or business development roles.At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, NLP, or ML / AI platforms.Proven experience in client engagement, solutioning, and closing Gen AI and Agentic AI-centric deals.Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as oil & gas, energy & utilities, petrochemical, government & public sectors, Healthcare, Retail and Manufacturing.Experience in developing proposals, responding to RFPs / RFIs, and managing technical presales cycles.Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Master’s degree or MBA preferred (especially with AI, strategy, or innovation focus).Certifications in AI / ML (e.g., Google Cloud AI, Azure AI, AWS ML, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or equivalent) are a plus.Seniority level
