The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects specifically within the restaurant or food & beverage industry, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and design. Responsibilities
Lead all phases of restaurant and facility projects from concept design to final handover. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery. Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Review and approve technical drawings and layouts aligned with brand standards. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operationalrequirements. Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, planning, and scheduling. Previous experience in the restaurant, Hotels, F&B sector is mandatory. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
