A leading hospitality group in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences. Responsibilities include managing reservations, providing accurate information, and anticipating guest needs. Ideal candidates will have outstanding guest service skills and strong verbal communication abilities. You will also need to be computer literate, with proficiency in English, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
