Role Overview

The General Manager will take overall responsibility for the operational performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the Food & Beverage business. This includes overseeing daily operations, driving commercial strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring sustainable financial success.

The GM is expected to bring proven experience as a Business Lead, Director, and Marketing Strategist, with strong expertise in strategy, brand development and direction, tech-driven marketing, social media, and modern operational practices. The role requires balancing operational excellence with innovation, ensuring the company delivers outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a strong competitive edge in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to ensure profitable growth and operational excellence across the F&B division.
• Collaborate with the board to define long-term objectives, expansion opportunities, and brand positioning.
• Lead the development and execution of brand direction and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent positioning across all customer touchpoints.
• Integrate technology-driven solutions into operations, marketing, and customer engagement (social media, CRM, digital platforms, loyalty programs).
• Drive innovation in menu offerings, service models, and customer experiences to adapt to evolving market demands.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding brand, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor operational and financial performance against plans, budgets, and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, customer experience) to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends, inform business decisions, and strengthen brand competitiveness.
• Develop partnerships and supplier relationships that enhance both brand equity and operational efficiency.
