1. JOB DETAILS Position Title :

Superintendent

2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE Improve technology application and integration for at least one technology and / or a supporting role within area of expertise / or portfolio of projects. The incumbent works independently, and knows when to seek help. (Operating level : Execution)

3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Qualification :

Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 6 years as Engineer

Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) +18 months as Engineer

Experience :

10 years experience as Engineer (subject to qualification)

Skills :

Advanced in analysis and modelling of engineering components, systems, processes

Operational improvement optimisation, balancing technical, operational and financial requirements

Competent performing risk Management / Analysis

Managing projects

Conceptualising engineering components, systems

Able to independently manage own work planning and delivery according to targets; proven application
