Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity. Manage day-to-day activities across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain excellent customer relations. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions. Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize engagement and reach. Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visuals. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to promote the brand effectively. Support digital advertising efforts, including sponsored posts and paid campaigns. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the food & beverage industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
