Responsibilities
Manage a team of engineers and technicians in providing technical support and services to gas field customers. Ensure timely and effective response to customer service requests, troubleshooting technical issues as needed. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, training, and support as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all customer service activities. Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and customer interactions. Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Instrumentation or Industrial or related field. Proven experience in a technical service role within the gas industry. Training certificates in project management Training certificates in Equipment / Piping design / inspection / welding inspection. Training certificates in AUTOCAD or REVIT. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the gas industry.
