This position is designated for Nationals only.
You’ll be supporting a company renowned for pioneering robotic internal and external field-joint coating solutions for pipelines delivering automated, precision engineering and advanced protection techniques to safeguard infrastructure across challenging environments. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge document control aligned with international standards and systems used in some of the most sophisticated pipeline protection projects globally.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the document control system compliant with project procedures and high-level technical standards.
Register, track, distribute, and archive QC / QA documentation—such as ITPs, NCRs, inspection reports, method statements, and coating records.
Monitor revision control; ensure project teams receive up-to-date drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with QA / QC engineers, project managers, and clients for approvals
and signatures.
Maintain document registers, logs, and status reports for transmittals, submissions , and deliverables.
Qualifications
Min 3 years as a Document Controller in oil & gas, construction, or engineering projects.
Familiarity with
QC / QA documentation, ISO-compliant procedures , and rigorous engineering quality standards.
Proficiency using
document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, Docuware, or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
