Role Jobs for Saudi, in partnership with Womanity, is building an employment campaign to coach 1800 women and place 600 in jobs, with particular emphasis on media-related roles. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in this mission by : Developing strong relationships with employers across Saudi Arabia to secure job placements for our candidates. Collaborating with technologists to apply the latest artificial intelligence technology to identify the right matching applicants for each job. Providing career coaching to women, helping them build their resumes, enhance their job search skills, and navigate the media industry job market. Building and managing a network of contacts in HR and recruitment within the industry. Attending monthly meetups centered around recruiting. Offering career coaching sessions for women, providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development. Preparing women for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing feedback to help them present their skills effectively. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside passionate and experienced professionals. Minimum requirements : At least 3 years of experience in recruitment. Passion for career coaching and working with diverse groups of individuals. Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, employers, and partners. Fluent in Arabic and English. Must be a woman due to the nature of the project. Must be a Saudi Arabian citizen. Compensation : SAR 75 / hour Position type : Contract Seniority level
