Key Responsibilities Operations & Sales
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and adherence to company policies.
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer engagement and upselling techniques.
Monitor and optimize store profitability, including labor costs and waste management.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team of juicers and baristas.
Lead by example in fostering a high-energy, team-oriented, and fun work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest.

Requirements
Proven experience in a retail, hospitality, or food & beverage management role.

Knowledge of inventory and financial management (P&L experience is a plus).
