The Role

In this position, you will lead and develop a team of Power Systems Engineers responsible for the successful delivery of Generation Management System (GMS) applications within AspenTech’s Digital Grid Management (DGM) portfolio. The role requires strong technical leadership, operational discipline, and a solid understanding of power system operations in generation and transmission environments.

Your Impact

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing Power Systems Engineering team focused on quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in GMS implementations.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of GMS projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership in the configuration, tuning, and validation of key GMS applications, including :

Automatic Generation Control (AGC)

What You'll Need

The salary range for this role is $139,900.00 - $174,900.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical / dental / vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
