We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Cybersecurity Specialist to build and fortify our security posture from the ground up. The Role This is a foundational role for a technical expert who thrives in a start-up environment. You will be the primary owner of our security infrastructure, responsible for architecting, implementing, and operating our core security controls. You will move beyond monitoring and governance to actively building resilient systems that protect our sensitive advisory data and our proprietary AML platform. Your work will be critical in maintaining the trust of our prestigious clients and adhering to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Security Architecture & Design :
Develop and maintain the company's security architecture framework, principles, and standards. Design and review solutions for infrastructure, cloud deployments, and new products to ensure they are secure by design. Define and oversee strategies for Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and data protection, ensuring compliance with
PDPL . Technical Leadership & Implementation :
Architect, implement, and optimize core security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, DLP, and MDM. Conduct threat modeling and technical risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and define mitigation strategies. Guide the integration of security into the CI / CD pipeline and promote DevSecOps practices. Compliance & Governance :
Ensure architectural designs align with relevant regulatory requirements and frameworks, including
SAMA, NCA regulations, PDPL, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 . Review architectural changes, new integrations, and network modifications for security implications. Partner with IT, development, and product teams to provide security guidance from project inception. Mentor team members on secure design best practices and act as a key technical authority during incident response. Qualifications & Experience Must-Have : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience
in a security architecture or senior security engineering role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing security solutions. Strong expertise in security domains : cloud security, network security, application security, and IAM / PAM. Hands-on experience with key security technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, DLP). Fluency in English. Experience in the financial technology or services sector. Demonstrable knowledge and experience implementing controls for Saudi Arabian regulations, specifically SAMA, NCA, and PDPL. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security certifications. Fluency in Arabic. What We Offer Competitive Package :
