Job Purpose To support the Design and Project Management team in designing, reviewing, and supervising all mechanical systems within the company’s projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Job Description
Review and approve mechanical design drawings, calculations, and material submittals.
Supervise mechanical works on-site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
Ensure mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) are tested, commissioned, and handed over as per schedule.
Prepare technical reports, site inspection reports, and progress updates for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and sustainability requirements.
Job Context The Mechanical Engineer works closely with architects, structural and electrical engineers, and project management teams to ensure full coordination of mechanical systems within project designs and execution. The role requires regular interaction with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to address technical issues, review submittals, and ensure compliance with project requirements. The position may also involve site inspections, testing, and commissioning supervision to ensure project quality and schedule adherence.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Experience 5+ years of experience

Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
