We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s launch and growth across all channels, engaging a young, trend-conscious audience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Awareness
- Lead the pre-opening marketing strategy for Boom Room KSA, including positioning, campaign development, and launch events.
- Develop and localize brand content that aligns with Saudi culture while staying true to Boom Room’s edgy, global personality.
- Collaborate with PR, influencers, and media agencies to build brand visibility.
- Develop and implement 360° marketing plans covering digital, social media, PR, activations, and offline channels.
- Define and manage the annual marketing calendar, promotional offers, and themed campaigns.
- Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and optimize strategies based on performance data.
Social Media & Content
Oversee content creation for Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to drive engagement and footfall.Ensure a consistent voice and visual identity across all digital channels.Monitor trends and consumer behavior to keep Boom Room relevant and viral.Partnerships & Sponsorships
Build partnerships with local brands, entertainment agencies, influencers, and youth culture platforms.Collaborate with national sponsors and partners to activate in-venue and co-branded experiences.Negotiate and manage all external marketing agreements.Customer Acquisition & Retention
Work closely with the sales and OPS teams to drive first-time visits and repeat traffic.Plan and execute loyalty programs, data capture campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.Budget & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget responsibly and report on spend efficiency.Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, F&B, retail, or youth / lifestyle brands.Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.Strong network with influencers, content creators, and local partners in KSA.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).Deep understanding of Saudi youth culture, trends, and entertainment preferences.Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior level
