Responsibilities

Prepare, conclude, and maintain contractual procurement of services in line with Company Policies and Procedures.

Manage processing of RFQs, Service POs, bid evaluation, and release orders for services.

Perform and manage contractor cost estimations as required by the end user.

Monitor overall contract and service buying activities against budget, schedule and KPIs, and provide corrective solution assistance where appropriate.

Monitor contractor quality and efficiency in relation to contracted service performance levels and correct as necessary.

Provide guidance to identify saving opportunities to Contract Advisors and customers.

Coordinate and / or perform technical / commercial evaluation where required.

Maintain high level business standards and ethics.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration. Engineering and Law Degrees are also acceptable.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral presentation.

9 years contracting experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.

Understanding of ERP system, preferably SAP.
