We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to work onsite in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a 6-month contract role, extendable based on project needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational IntelligenceIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other technologiesCustomize CMDB, manage CI classes and relationships, and ensure data integrityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into workable solutionsConduct performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow modulesProvide documentation, technical support, and training as neededRequired Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on ITOM modulesStrong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB designServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), including experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST / SOAP, authentication, data exchange)Good understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB data modelsExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teamsServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CISITOM) are a strong advantageSeniority level
