Job descriptionA minimum of 5 years experience in Core Banking Project Management Experienced in delivering banking project including frontoffice transformation core banking replacements Experienced in delivering successfully in a multivendor environment Proven track record of delivering complex digital Deep understanding of technology solutions in the banking domain Experience structuring and running maturity assessments eliciting & understanding client strategic aims pain points and requirements and providing actionable recommendations Proven experience running delivery teams with an ability to create and sustain a positive and inclusive team environment even when under pressure and in ambiguous circumstances Solid experience in project scoping and management Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent stakeholder management skills with solid experience and comfort working autonomously and in team environments Extensive experience in simplifying complex concepts with excellent verbal and written communication skills including in Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel A minimum of 5 years consulting experience specifically in core banking area A background in Financial Services (e.g. banking insurance investment management) Uptodate knowledge of industry bestpractices within core banking and analytics A work culture focused on innovation and creating lasting value for our clientsand employees Ongoing learning opportunities to help you acquire new skills or deepenexisting expertise A flat nonhierarchical structure that will enable you to work with senior partnersand directly with clients A diverse inclusive meritocratic culture Enhanced and competitive family friendly benefits including maternity / adoption / shared parental leave and paid leave for sickness pregnancy loss fertility treatment menopause and bereavement.

Your Role
As a consultant you will be part of a Capco team working with clients in the banking space. You will be responsible for analysis design and consulting support as well as developing an understanding of our clients strategic direction issues and project goals. You will be the liaison between business and technical users and work to ensure requirements are accurately gathered and translated.
Manage and drive the delivery of complex digital banking implementation projects
Manage client and vendor teams in an agile delivery to drive outcomes
Manage the program office of the transformation office
Manage vendor team for testing development and other activities
Support the sales process and proposal development for digital banking projects
Your Skills and Experience
