Job Requirement : Duties and responsibilities :

Setting up the framework of Nagel's business continuity function including policies, procedures and recovery plans.
Developing and maintaining an effective organizational business continuity plan that meets industry standards and can be executed quickly in the event of an emergency.
Developing plans for maintaining operations during a disaster, including creating a backup facility or alternate site to house operations during a crisis.
Coordinating with relevant parties to assure implementation of the documented business continuity plan and the readiness of relevant functions in case of a crises.
Conducting regular drills to test emergency response plans and identify areas where improvements can be made.

Skills :

A Bachelor's degree in Business administration, or in Engineering or a related field.

5+ years in risk and / or Business Continuity field

Preferred RMP, MOR, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at all levels.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships, but also challenge the business, when necessary.

Must be able to conduct himself discreetly when handling confidential information.

Driven, motivated, with a positive mindset and ability to adapt.

Ability to work well independently, with colleagues, and with stakeholders.

Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques and experienced in managing teams.

Critical thinking & initiative-taking ability.

Analytical thinking.

Ability to influence internal / external stakeholders without authority to adopt new processes / initiatives.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
