Job title : Media Consultant (Saudi Arabian nationals only) – minimum 6-month project. We are seeking experienced and talented Media Consultants for ongoing freelance roles based in KSA (Riyadh preferred). This position is exclusively for Saudi Arabian Nationals. As a Media Consultant, you will lead client consultancy projects and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. For this project, Flock will be auditing and analyzing the paid media ecosystem of a large Saudi Government client. Media projects encompass all areas of our services, including operations, skills & capabilities, marketing technology, and agency management. Projects are diverse, involving global, regional, or local market focuses across various advertiser categories. Your responsibilities may include creating media organizational structures, facilitating client workshops, conducting skills assessments, managing agency pitches, developing media tech and data architectures, designing training programs, report writing, stakeholder interviews, and promoting Flock services. You should possess a strong understanding of media strategy, planning, and buying processes, with experience in local and multi-market leadership. A holistic view of brand, sponsorship, and performance media is essential. Experience across all paid media channels and applying data and technology to media processes is highly desirable. Skills Needed At least 8+ years of hands-on media experience, including team or department leadership roles, ideally from in-house media teams, agencies, or consultancies. Proven ability to lead media transformation programs, develop best practices, operating models, process designs, and capability frameworks. Experience across multiple advertiser categories. Hands-on experience in developing future-oriented digital media and data strategies. Understanding of how Paid Media integrates with Owned and Earned Media and broader marketing functions. Highly detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Professional demeanor with strong client relationship skills at senior levels.
