We are currently looking for :

Onsite Support Engineer

Job location : onsite in Riyadh

Role

Roles in this Job Family design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change infrastructure services, End User Services across all related technologies. Including but not limited to Desktops, Laptops, networks, AD, Modern Device Management, Intelligent Collaboration, IT (HW&SW) Asset Management Services, Field Services and Technical Service Desk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks.
  • Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Desktop software and hardware technologies.
  • Troubleshooting issues on Windows Clients (End user machines)
  • Experience with Service management tool
  • Should have good knowledge on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS office and outlook.
  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
  • Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Other Qualifications :

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus
