Key Responsibilities

• Develop and periodically update the company’s investment strategy and plans .
• Study and analyze investment opportunities (real estate, hospitality, financial, or industrial) and submit recommendations accordingly.
• Evaluate the financial and economic feasibility of new projects in coordination with financial and technical advisors.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and portfolios, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Supervise divestment or restructuring activities when required.
• Oversee all stages of real estate development , from initial studies to operational launch.
• Coordinate with consultants in design, engineering, operations, legal, and finance.
• Review contracts and documentation for development projects in collaboration with the legal department.
• Track project implementation to ensure adherence to time schedules, quality, and cost standards .
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors, banks, funds, and real estate developers.
• Negotiate partnerships and investment agreements that best serve the company’s interests.
• Represent the company at local and international investment forums and events .
• Prepare periodic reports on investment and development project performance.
• Contribute to the annual budget and long-term investment plan .
• Propose risk management policies and controls for investments.
• Ensure all departments and projects comply with approved investment policies.
• Lead and manage the Investment & Development team , assigning tasks and ensuring optimal performance.
• Enhance the team’s professional capabilities through continuous training and development .
• Promote a culture of institutional performance, accountability, and achievement.
