to lead strategic IT initiatives, infrastructure, and digital transformation programs for our enterprise client in

Dammam (Onsite) . This is a

long-term contract (12+ months)

role offering an opportunity to shape the IT roadmap for a leading organization. Location :

12+ Months (extendable) Key Responsibilities IT Strategy & Planning Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. Recommend tools and platforms to improve productivity and security. Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor the IT team to deliver high-quality service. Set priorities, manage resources, and drive team performance. Conduct reviews, build capability, and ensure continuous improvement. System & Network Management Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks. Monitor performance, troubleshoot downtime, and ensure reliability. Maintain strong security posture across all systems. Project Management Lead IT projects from planning to completion within scope and budget. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet business requirements. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Implement robust security, backup, and disaster recovery frameworks. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA). Conduct audits, risk assessments, and enforce corrective actions. Budgeting & Vendor Management Manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost control. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors for hardware, software, and services. Maintain SLAs and ensure vendor compliance. Compliance & Risk Management Align IT operations with regulatory and industry standards. Identify and mitigate IT risks through proactive controls. Maintain documentation and ensure policy adherence. Skills & Qualifications 10–12 years

of experience as an

IT Manager / IT Head . Strong expertise in : Microsoft Server OS, Office 365, Google Workspace Firewalls, Active Directory, DNS / DHCP, Endpoint Security Storage (SAN / NAS), Backup, Disaster Recovery Network Security, VPN, Routing & Switching ERP / CRM systems and Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) Proficiency in

IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) . Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Skills Preferred Certifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications :

ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, CISSP, or equivalent.
