Objective
Responsible for managing the financial aspects of an organization and provide strategic financial guidance to support its overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Develop financial strategies that support the company's business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Ensure the company remains compliant with all financial regulations in all operating countries. Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and federal regulations to current economic landscape. Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely submission of quarterly and annual reports as required by Tadawul. Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation in KSA, UAE, and Egypt. Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors. Ensure financial transparency and clarity in all reporting. Represent the company to investors and financial analysts, providing clear insights into the company’s financial health and strategic direction. Play a vital role in company disclosures, ensuring investors and the public have an accurate portrayal of its financial standing. Identify and manage financial risks related to currency exchanges, especially if the company is doing business in multiple currencies. Oversee risk management and insurance functions of the company Ensure optimal capital structure and manage company’s liquidity and investments. Oversee treasury functions including cash management, banking relationships, and corporate finance. Drive operational efficiencies across all offices, ensuring that the company maximizes its returns from its resources. Work closely with other department heads to understand cost drivers and identify cost-saving measures. Oversee the company’s tax planning to ensure efficiency and compliance with tax regulations in all operating countries. Liaise with tax consultants in KSA, UAE, and Egypt to ensure optimal tax strategies. If the company is looking to grow through mergers or acquisitions, the CFO will play a key role in assessing potential deals, securing financing, and integrating new acquisitions. Team Leadership & Development Lead the finance team across all locations and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Ensure the finance teams in all offices work collaboratively and efficiently. Engage with the Board of Directors, providing them with financial insights and assisting in strategic decision-making. Collaborate with other executives to align financial and business strategies. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or any related field. +15 years of experience. Saudi Nationality is must. CPA, CFA, CMA (Preferred). Financial Management Knowledge. Accounting and Reporting skills. Risk Management. Financial Analysis and Decision Making. Taxation and Regulatory Compliance. Benefits
