Job Title : Logistics Tech Specialist / Administrator

📍 Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

🕓 Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Tech Specialist / Administrator to support the operations and technology functions within a leading logistics and supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing logistics systems, data accuracy, and operational efficiency while coordinating between technology and logistics teams to ensure seamless performance of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain logistics technology platforms, systems, and databases used for transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Support system configurations, data entry, and updates to ensure information accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor real-time logistics data, including shipment tracking, inventory movement, and warehouse management activities.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and warehouse teams to troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues.
  • Generate performance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions and operational planning.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and integration of new logistics technologies or modules.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Provide user support and training for logistics systems to ensure effective system usage across departments.
  • Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and internal departments to optimize operational processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field .
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain administration, or technology systems support.
  • Strong understanding of TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) , or ERP logistics modules (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in temperature-controlled logistics or 3PL environments.
  • Familiarity with digital logistics tools , automation, and tracking technologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
