Job Description Basic Function
IT Coordinator maintains information technology systems and networks, performing technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.
Hardware Ensures the hotel works with Accor Hardware partners, has a good relationship with them, and supports the hotel in resolving hardware issues. Hardware includes computers, servers, routers, switches, cables, PABX, monitors, screens, point of sale devices, UPS and related devices, and other active components.
Software Ensures all Accor IT Policies and Guidelines are applied. Ensures only original, properly licensed applications run. Has a good relationship with software suppliers and supports the hotel in resolving software issues.
User Ensures no user has access to programs beyond job needs. Provides and maintains a training program in coordination with the Training department to optimize employee skill level in system use.
Security / DataSafe Responsible for compliance with Accor IT Security Policy, backup of all relevant user-generated data, and maintaining highest security levels.

Scope
Smooth running of all computer systems.
Regular data safe / backup.
Compliance with IT Policies and Guidelines.
Institute protocols for IT use across departments and projects.
Provide advice on suitable IT choices.
Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
Act as link between end users and higher-level support.
Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, etc.).
Monitor system and network performance.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.lease

Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.
