ERPConsult.ai is building a pool of experienced ServiceNow Functional and Technical Consultants

based in

India, South Africa, UAE, and KSA

for upcoming client projects. If you’ve led or supported

ServiceNow implementations

across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or other modules, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do :

Analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions

Configure and implement ServiceNow modules for clients

Support testing, deployment, and post-go‑live stabilization

Collaborate with development teams for workflows, scripting, and integrations

Document functional and technical specifications clearly

Core ServiceNow Modules

IT Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software, License, Procurement)

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

Customer Service Management (CSM)

Security Operations (SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence)

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC, IRM)

Custom Application Development and App Engine Studio

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

5 years

of ServiceNow implementation or consulting experience

Strong understanding of

core ServiceNow modules

and process design

Ability to document and translate functional requirements

into technical tasks

Hands‑on experience with

forms, business rules, UI policies, and client / server scripts

Familiarity with

IntegrationHub ,

REST / SOAP APIs , and

third‑party system integrations

Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Capable of managing deliverables independently

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

or

Implementation Specialist

Experience with custom app development on ServiceNow

Exposure to

multi‑instance or global rollouts

Prior consulting or project‑based experience with enterprise clients
