Job descriptionDeploy AI / ML solutions for knowledge work augmentation. Implement intelligent document processing for structured and unstructured data. Ensure proper governance, security, and compliance for AI implementations. Evaluate and pilot emerging automation technologies. Design seamless integrations between automated processes and enterprise systems. Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization. Create reusable frameworks and components for rapid deployment. Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships. Discuss and define automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Drive change management and stakeholder adoption. Enable and support leadership to drive the department’s workload. Measure and communicate automation value and benefits. 3+ years in enterprise automation, RPA, or AI / ML implementations. Over 2 years of experience designing and developing practical solutions using Agentic and Multi‑Agent AI frameworks. Proven track record of delivering production automation at scale. Experience establishing automation programs or Centers of Excellence. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency gains). Strong technical background with hands‑on implementation capability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strategic thinking balanced with practical execution. Change leadership and organizational influence. Automated processes delivered and adoption rates Business value generated (cost reduction, efficiency improvement) System reliability and performance Stakeholder satisfaction and Center of Excellence maturity
