Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations.
• Demonstrate and explain products to customers highlighting features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Assist in maintaining the store display ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Participate in promotional events and sales activities to attract customers.
