Job description

High Training Institute is seeking skilled and passionate Welding Instructors to join our team in Dammam / Dhahran, Saudi Arabia , with potential assignments at newly established branches in other cities.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum qualifications (must meet at least one) :

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Industrial / Vocational Education, Engineering, or Science + 4 years industrial training experience (2 years in Welding preferred).
  • Associate Degree / Equivalent + 6 years industrial training experience (2 years in Welding preferred).
  • Craft-Certified (No Degree) + 8 years field experience (2 years in Welding preferred). Professional trainer certification preferred.

General Requirements (All Instructors)

  • Minimum 4 years of recent experience .
  • High level of computer proficiency .
  • Experience with smart learning technologies is preferred.

    • Employment Details

  • Place of Work : High Training Institute – Dammam / Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities).
  • Working Hours : 8 hours per day.
  • Contract Duration : 1-year contract, renewable annually.
  • Salary & Benefits : Competitive salary of 7,500 – 12,000 SAR per month , plus :
  • Performance bonus (up to 3 months).
  • Allowances : 25% housing , 10% transportation , and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).

  • Candidates must be able to pay their own Work Visa upfront (cost reimbursed upon successful commencement of employment).
  • Relocation assistance : flights, accommodation, and allowances provided.
