The Job Description

Minimum Requirements

• Having BA certificate like CBAP or PMI-PBA or CABA.
• At least 8 years’ experience in banking domain.
• Elicit and document business requirements for the core banking modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, translating business needs into clear specifications.
• Extensive experience in the banking / financial services industry, mainly in core banking systems.
• Understanding of banking operations and products.
• Knowledge of banking processes, such as account management, lending, deposits, payments, and reconciliation is preferable.
• Experience in creating use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Proficiency in identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and their underlying architecture is preferable.
