ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about finance and eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with senior finance professionals and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant financial information. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the finance team. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Finance

or a closely related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

or

4.0 out of 5.0 . Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) : Internship or project experience in finance or accounting is a plus. Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
