Position Overview
Responsibility for Risk Management- Cliff Stabilization for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIDP). Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC). QIC is providing strategic direction on a city-wide basis. Reports directly to the Project Director.
What You'll Be Doing

- Manages the team’s deliverables through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance.
- Implements the Qiddiya risk management framework, procedures, templates and processes, and seek continuous improvement
- Accountable for the risk management performance of assigned areas of responsibility.
- Creates / designs or implements effective risk management framework(s) / strategy(s) on assigned area of responsibility
- Identifies and tracks changes to the risk profile, personnel, the work, or the work environment that may change the effectiveness of risk treatments
- Monitors compliance against best practice standards and codes, including auditing the risk management plans, procedures and processes
- Monitors the quality and standard of data inputted, to enable effective analytics
- Engages and facilitates Qiddiya, consultants, contractors, project team on assigned areas of responsibility on all risk management matters
- Partners with Qiddiya risk leadership, meeting their expectations and building strong professional relationships.
- Provides expert advice and support to project / sub districts teams in the administration of the risk process, particularly with respect to the risks to achievement of key project objectives and escalation of risks.
- Facilitates and drives the delivery of risk workshops.
- Leads engagement with Project Managers to recognize opportunities and mitigations to minimize risk exposure.
- Collaborates with project teams to integrate risk controls into project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensures the risk treatment strategies are identified, monitored, and followed, with response activities aligned, actions owners appointed, and progress regularly monitored.
- Leads and directs the delivery of Project / Sub district Quantitative Risk Analysis (cost and time).
- Comments on the adequacy of contingency as part of the regular reporting cycle as required.
- Develops and delivers monthly risk reports, externally to the client and internally to the project team.
- Leads the integration of risk with central, project controls and Planning disciplines.
- Implements the necessary training and support to project teams as required
- Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities to foster the professional development of junior colleages
What Required Skills You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution12 years’ min relevant experience within a Developer, Contractor or Consultant.Previous KSA / Middle East experience preferred.Major program experience essential.Foster a culture of Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.Leverages exceptional written and verbal skills in English to effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with attention to detail, is necessary.Leverage in-depth knowledge in Risk management software and related toolsDemonstrated leadership skills to set clear goals, motivate teams and deliver results.Expert knowledge of both relevant industry and local standards, codes and regulations.Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
