Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Project Systems to enable effective project planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are managed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals, with seamless integration to Finance, Controlling, and other relevant SAP modules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Project Systems (PS).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
  • Configure structures such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, milestones, and project planning elements.
  • Integrate PS with modules such as FI / CO, MM, SD, and HR where required.
  • Manage project budgeting, cost planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking within SAP.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
  • Support project reporting and performance monitoring through SAP tools.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to project management teams.
  • Stay current with SAP PS best practices and innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS).
  • Strong expertise in WBS, networks, milestones, costing, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Solid understanding of integration points with FI / CO, MM, and SD.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PS implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in Project Systems.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA environments.
  • Previous work with large-scale or multinational organizations in Saudi Arabia.
