Job Purpose

This position exists to perform mechanical engineering tasks efficiently, in a timely manner and to quality standards as per defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments. Functional Responsibilities

Planning and Delivery : Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules; utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Reporting : Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties; provide periodic reports detailing deviation and execution of planned tasks. Customer Relations : Understand customer needs and requirements and act accordingly in line with standards and best practices. Financial : Monitor and control expenses and budgets to achieve cost efficiency. Risk Mitigation : Anticipate problems and take proactive steps to prevent them. Adaptation : Adapt to alternative technologies, management structures, and forms of communication. Systems : Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible. Policy and Procedures : Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions. Development : Develop work to make a tangible positive difference in the results of the work and department; develop necessary initiatives to enhance the work. General Responsibilities

HR Proficiency : Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job; have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it. Business Process Improvement : Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
